Well Groomed
First-class appearance. Neat, orderly, clean and well groomed. Plants are kept manicured where required, natural where requested, gardens kept substantially free of weeds, debris and invasive species, hard surfaces and gravel areas to be kept free of weeds/debris. Native species to be left free in natural areas but controlled from entering garden beds.

Groomed
Requires frequent, regular, routine maintenance of a medium high intensity, with bi-weekly monitoring and adjustment to keep high visual quality. Neat, orderly, clean and groomed. Plants are kept manicured where required, natural where requested, gardens cleaned free of weeds, debris and invasive species. Hard surfaces and gravel areas to be kept free of weeds and debris.

Moderately Groomed
Requires routine maintenance of moderate frequency and intensity, with regular monitoring to avoid serious deterioration. Generally neat, moderately groomed appearance, with natural areas surrounding. Plants are healthy, natural where requested, garden kept substantially free of weeds, debris and invasive species.
Bi-weekly and Monthly
Open Space/Play
Requires routine maintenance of moderate to low intensity. Emphasis is on controlling deterioration and adapting to yard conditions. Areas are neat and usable. Vegetation retains a healthy, natural appearance. Native species left natural but within their boundaries. Invasive and noxious weeds shall typically be eradicated.
Monthly Visits
Regular, recurring service provided to upkeep and manage the health, aesthetics, and functionality of a garden or outdoor space. The frequency of this maintenance can vary, typically occurring on a weekly, bi-weekly (every two weeks), or monthly basis, depending on the specific needs of the garden and the preferences of the client. Weeding, edging, pruning and hedging for greenery 10’ and under, garden fertilization, plant division/relocation, garden waste removal, mowing (only in conjunction with maintenance package), weed spray, plant installation of client-provided plants/bulbs, soil cultivation, blowing of hard surface areas.
Periodic maintenance services are performed in gardens and outdoor spaces to address specific tasks that are required during different times of the year. These cleanups are typically tailored to the needs of each season. Perennial maintenance, ornamental grass care, fruit tree and rose pruning, pruning and maintenance of other trees and shrubs, leaf cleanup, edging along beds and sidewalks/driveways, garden waste removal, removal of seasonal annuals, can scheduled 4x per year, 2x for Spring and Fall or 1x Yearly
